Join us for a 2 hour boat journey along the River Deben in Jahan, followed by an optional meal at the Fox Inn Newbourne.

About the Event
We are booked onto the 11:00 sailing for a relaxing cruise along the river. The cost of the cruise is £15 per person. Tea / Coffee and biscuits are available on route (own cost). When we disembark at around 13:00 those that have booked to eat (own cost) will make their way to the Fox Inn Newbourne where a table is booked for 13:45.
Payment by cheque (payable to Ipswich & District PROBUS Club) is required by hand or by post (to Mr Ray Player at 57 Dale Hall Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 4LH) no later than the 27 April 22.
Accessibility: Walking frames and wheelchairs can be used right down to the boat where they are stored ashore. Once down the pontoon there is a ramp with safety rails and then 3 steps down into the boat. The Skipper will be on hand to provide assistance. 'We usually say that if a passenger can get on and off a coach, they can manage the boat steps'. Please note that wheelchairs can not be accommodated aboard the boat.
